400	NotExists.HpcCluster	The specified hpc cluster does not exist.	The specified HPC cluster does not exist.
400	NotEmpty.HpcCluster	The specified hpc cluster is not empty, still contains instances.	Instances are present in the specified HPC cluster. Release the instances and then try again.
