For the cloud services that support self-service unsubscription, you can log on to the Alibaba Cloud console, choose Expenses > Expenses and Costs Console in the top navigation bar. In the left-side navigation pane, click Unsubscribe. On the page that appears, request a refund based on your business requirements. For the cloud services that do not support self-service unsubscription, you can choose a service category to submit a ticket to request unsubscription. Before you request a refund, make sure that the cloud resource from which you want to unsubscribe meets the unsubscription requirements, and confirm that you migrated data for backup.
Unsubscribe from cloud resources in the console
If you want to unsubscribe from an in-use resource or cancel a resource renewal order that has not taken effect, log on to the Alibaba Cloud console, choose Expenses > Expenses and Costs Console in the top navigation bar. In the left-side navigation pane, click Unsubscribe. On the page that appears, request a refund based on your business requirements.

Procedure:
1. Log on to the Alibaba Cloud console, choose Expenses > Expenses and Costs Console in the top navigation bar. In the left-side navigation pane, click Unsubscribe.
2. Find the ID of the instance from which you want to unsubscribe and click Unsubscribe Resources in the Actions column.
3. To cancel the renewal of an instance, click the Unsubscribe Renewal Period tab, find the ID of the instance for which you want to cancel the renewal, and click Cancel Renewal in the Actions column.
Submit a ticket to unsubscribe from cloud resources
For cloud services and in-kind products that do not support self-service unsubscription, submit a ticket to request a refund.
Procedure
Submit a ticket. Specify the reasons for unsubscription and information about the service from which you want to unsubscribe in the ticket, including the instance ID and order ID.
Alibaba Cloud engineers review whether your request meets the unsubscription requirements. Refunds are issued after the request is approved. When you confirm the unsubscription, the instance is released in real time. Refunds are issued in 30 business days.
