  • All countries or regions except the United States, Europe, Malaysia, and India are regarded as other countries or regions. Typical examples include Hong Kong (China), Taiwan (China), Singapore, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Australia, the Middle East, Latin America, and Africa.

  • The prepayment balance feature is available to Indian users. They can transfer their prepayment to Alibaba Cloud by using bank transfer.

  • Alibaba Cloud provides a credit limit for enterprise users. They can use Alibaba Cloud services within the credit limit and then pay monthly bills by using bank transfer. If you are an enterprise user and have similar needs, contact your account manager.

Bind a bank card

Enter the following information in sequence:

  • Your bank card number

  • Validity period of the bank card

  • Security code, which is not saved on Alibaba Cloud

  • Name of the cardholder (Enter your last name and first name if you use an enterprise bank card that does not show the names on the surface. The middle name and enterprise name on the card are optional.)

  • Bill address (The address that you specify when you create your Alibaba Cloud account is filled in automatically. You can modify the address as required.)

After you enter the preceding information, click Submit to bind the bank card.

During the bank card binding process, the system initiates a pre-authorization charge of USD 1.00 for the bound bank card to check the validity of the band card. The pre-authorization charge is MYR 1.00 for Malaysian users. After the verification succeeds, the bank card is bound and the pre-authorization charge will be refunded at the earliest opportunity. The card issuers that Alibaba Cloud supports vary based on the country or region. Pay attention to the specific prompt that is displayed when you bind a bank card.
