    :Why am I unable to access the website that I added to WAF by using specific clients?

    Problem description

    After you add a website to Web Application Firewall (WAF), you cannot access the website by using WeChat for Android or QQ Browser. However, you can access the website by using WeChat for iOS or other browsers. The following figure shows the error logs.

    Possible cause

    The security certificate that is presented by the website is not issued by a trusted certificate authority.

    Solution

    1. Use an SSL certificate checker to diagnose problems with your SSL certificate. If the certificate is not issued by a trusted certificate authority, modify the configurations based on the diagnostic result.

    2. Use the pre-installed browser on your Android phone to access the website. If the certificate is not issued by a trusted certificate authority, resolve the issue based on the certificate details.

    3. Check whether the certificate chain of the certificate that you uploaded is complete. If the certificate chain is incomplete, upload a certificate with a complete certificate chain.
