Voice Service:Create a TTS template

A voice template is the audio content that an end user hears when answering a call. This topic describes how to create a text-to-speech (TTS) template in the International Voice Service console.

Add step

  1. Log on to the International Voice Service console.

  2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose International Voice Call > Voice Call Template > TTS Template.

  3. On the TTS Template tab, click Add TTS Template.

  4. Enter the required template information and click OK.

    After you create the voice template, it is submitted for approval.

Template approval

Voice template approval is typically completed within 2 hours. After a template is approved, you can find its Template ID on the TTS Template tab. If a template is rejected, you can view the reason in the Status column.

Review hours are from 9:00 to 23:00, Monday to Sunday. Service is postponed during public holidays.
