A voice template contains the audio content that an end user hears when answering a call. This topic describes how to upload an audio file in the console and obtain the audio after it is approved.
Upload an audio file
Log on to the Voice Service console.
In the navigation pane on the left, choose .
On the Voice Call Template page, click Add Audio File.
NoteAudio file: Upload a WAV audio file smaller than 10 MB.
Click OK.
Audio file approval
After you upload an audio file, it is submitted for review. The review is expected to be completed within two hours. After the file is approved, you can obtain the Template ID on the Voice Call Template page. Reviews are conducted from 9:00 to 23:00, Monday through Sunday, excluding public holidays.
View the rejection reason in the Status column.
Listen to the approved audio file in the Audio column.
