What is an Alibaba Cloud coupon code?
The Alibaba Cloud coupon code is a specific string. You can obtain a coupon by entering the coupon code in a specified section on the Confirm Order page and then use the coupon to deduct charges. Each coupon code has specific redemption conditions and takes effect on specified resources. We recommend that you check the corresponding activity description when you use the coupon code.
How do I obtain a coupon code?
Alibaba Cloud coupon codes are generally published for activities. Take note of the following channels or contact sales for consultation: Go to the activity page of Alibaba Cloud International site: https://www.alibabacloud.com/ Contact online sales: https://www.alibabacloud.com/contact-sales Visit the Facebook of Alibaba Cloud International site: https://www.facebook.com/alibabacloud/ Check Email push from the Alibaba Cloud International site.
How do I use a coupon?
To use a coupon, perform the following steps:
1) Copy or memorize your coupon code. The coupon code is case-sensitive.
2) Go to the buy page, select subscription resources, and then add the resources to the shopping cart or directly submit your order.
Before you can use the coupon code to purchase ECS and RDS resources, you must add the resources to the shopping cart.
3) On the Confirm Order page, enter the valid coupon code in the coupon code field and click Redeem. The system automatically completes the coupon redemption and displays a coupon. In case of redemption failures, you can follow the system prompts or contact sales.
4) View the coupon for available resources that is automatically selected by the system.
The system automatically selects the coupon based on the expiration date. Therefore, if you have multiple coupons in your Alibaba Cloud account and the coupon redeemed by using the current coupon code is not the first to expire, the coupon may not be used. If you want to use the coupon redeemed by using the current coupon code, you can select the coupon from the coupon drop-down list.
If multiple orders exist on the Confirm Order page, the system automatically selects coupons for orders. The order with the highest amount is matched with the coupon that has the earliest expiration date. If you want to use the coupon redeemed by the coupon code for the specified order, you can select the coupon from the coupon drop-down list.
5) Confirm the new price and complete the payment.
Coupon codes can be used only within the validity period. The number of the issued coupon codes is limited. We recommend that you use coupon codes at the earliest opportunity.
The coupon code is case-sensitive. Enter the valid coupon code.
If multiple coupons are available, the system automatically selects the coupon that has the earliest expiration date. If you want to use another coupon, select the coupon from the coupon drop-down list.
The number of times each user can use a coupon code is limited. For more information, see the activity description of the coupon code.
All accounts share the limit if a user has multiple accounts on the Alibaba Cloud official website. After the available times are used, all accounts can no longer use the coupon code.
