This topic describes the refund policies of Tablestore.

Usage notes

  • If you unsubscribe from a resource plan, you are charged for resource usage on a pay-as-you-go basis. Make sure that there is a sufficient account balance in your Alibaba Cloud account.
  • If you purchase a service during a promotional event and the general refund rule conflicts with the refund rule of the promotional event, the refund rule of the promotional event takes precedence. Some promotional events do not support refunds.

Refund conditions

Billing method Refund description
Resource plan You can submit a ticket to cancel a resource plan that meets the following conditions:
  • The resource plan has not been used to offset resource usage.
  • The resource plan is purchased in the previous 5 days.
  • The resource plan is not upgraded or renewed.
Subscription You cannot apply for a refund.
Pay-as-you-go You do not need to apply for a refund.

If you no longer use Tablestore, you can release Tablestore resources based on your business requirements. After you release Tablestore resources, you are no longer charged for Tablestore.
