Billing methods:
The shortest subscription period for SuperApp is one year.
The product uses a prepaid billing method, You can choose to purchase the service for one, two, or three years based on your needs.

When the subscription is about to expire, the system notifies you to renew the subscription.
Renewals:
You also have the option to manually select product renewal before it expires, with the renewal period being selectable for one, two, or three years. Alternatively, you can enable automatic renewal in your console, which can save you the trouble of regularly renewing manually.
Expiration and Deactivation:
If you do not renew upon expiration, you will no longer be able to perform new operations on our product, such as creating new mini programs, adding new members, or editing mini programs, etc.
Cancellation:
Before you unsubscribe from SuperApp, pay attention to the cancellation rules, important notes, and cases. For detailed cancellation instructions, please refer to the Rules for unsubscribing from resources.
If you choose to cancel, a customer service representative must verify and initiate the cancellation process. Once the cancellation is successful, the instance will be automatically released, and all data is permanently deleted.
