Simple Log Service subscription resource plans are of the calendar monthly cycle type. This type of resource plans provides specific quotas by month. The remaining quota of a month cannot be used in the next month. If you purchase a subscription resource plan, you have the same quota at the beginning of each month to offset fees. If the quota is not exceeded, the remaining quota is cleared at the end of each month.
For example, if you purchase a resource plan (one year, 100 CUs) on January 10, 2023, you have a quota of 100 CUs each month for one year from January to December in 2023. If your resource usage in January 2023 exceeds 100 CUs, you are charged for the excess usage based on the pay-as-you-go billing method. In February 2023, you have a quota of 100 CUs.
