How do I select a quota for a resource plan?

A resource plan can be used to offset the fees of all billable items of Simple Log Service. Simple Log Service provides various resource plans with different quotas. You can purchase and use multiple resource plans.

  • If you are charged a relatively constant monthly fee for Simple Log Service, you can select a quota based on your historical monthly bills. For example, if your historical monthly bills are stable at approximately USD 1,000, you can purchase a resource plan with 1,000 CUs.

    You can go to the Bill Details page of the Alibaba Cloud Expenses and Costs console to view the monthly bills of Simple Log Service. Procedure:

    1. Choose Bills > Bill Details.

    2. On the Consumption by Bill tab, select the required billing cycle.

    3. Filter the Product Name column for Simple Log Service.

    4. View the details of your Simple Log Service bills.

  • If your monthly fees significantly fluctuate, you can select a quota by estimating future fees.
