Serverless App Engine (SAE) allows you to view events of Kubernetes native applications. This way, you can obtain information about the status of running applications and identify issues at the earliest opportunity.
Procedure
- Log on to the SAE console.
- In the left-side navigation pane, click Applications. In the top navigation bar, select a region and click the name of an application.
- In the left-side navigation pane of the Basic Information page, click Application Events to display all application events.
- Optional:Configure filter conditions to view application events based on your business requirements. Parameters that are used to configure filter conditions:
- Source Type: The default value is All Source Types. You can set this parameter to Application Instance (Pod), SLB (Service), Application (Deployment), or Auto Scaling (HorizontalPodAutoscaler).
- Event Level: The default value is All Event Levels. You can set this parameter to Warning or Normal. Events of the Warning level require extra attention.
- Source Name: You can specify a specific event source, such as an application or an application instance.
- Event Cause: You can specify an event cause, such as Killing.
