Important
The conversion relationship between CU and vCPU/memory is as follows:
1 Core-hour = 3600 CU.
1 GiB-hour = 900 CU.
That is, 10 million CU can approximately support an instance with 1-core CPU and 2-GiB memory running continuously for 77 days.
Offset rules
The billing items of SAE are vCPU usage and memory usage. If you purchase a CU resource plan, the resource usage for each billing item is converted into CU usage and fees are preferentially offset from the CU resource plan balance.
Validity period
The validity period of a resource plan is subscription duration. For instance, if you purchase a one-year resource plan at 14:00 on February 12, 2025, it will expire at 14:00 on February 12, 2026
Supported regions
Resource plan is supported in all regions where SAE is supported. For a list of specific regions, see Supported regions.
Unsubscription rules
A five-day money-back guarantee is provided for a resource plan that is never used 5 days after the purchase. You can unsubscribe on the console. You cannot unsubscribe resource plans five days after the purchase or unsubscribe resource plans that are used. For more information, see Unsubscription rules.
Offset order
Overall offset order:
After purchasing a CU resource plan, the system will prioritize the deduction of the resource plan quota. If the CU resource plan quota is exhausted and you have not purchased a new CU resource plan, the system will charge based on actual resource usage in a pay-as-you-go manner. Once you purchase a new CU resource plan, the system will continue to prioritize the deduction of the new resource plan quota.
Offset Order After Stacking CU Resource Plans:
CU resource plans can be stacked. After purchase, the system will deduct in the order of expiration time, prioritizing the deduction of the CU resource plan that expires first. If multiple CU resource plans have the same expiration time, they will be deducted in the order of the purchase order.
