When a Resource Access Management (RAM) user is added to a RAM user group, the RAM user inherits all permissions assigned to that group. This topic describes how to add a RAM user to a RAM user group.
Method 1: Add a RAM user to a user group on the Users page
Log on to the Resource Access Management (RAM) console as a RAM administrator.
In the left navigation pane, choose .
On the Users page, find the target RAM user and click Add to Group in the Actions column.
In the Add Members panel, the RAM user is automatically populated. Select the RAM user group to which you want to add the user.
Click OK.
Click Finish.
Method 2: Add a RAM user to a RAM user group on the Groups page
Log on to the RAM console as a RAM administrator.
In the left navigation pane, choose .
On the Groups page, find the target RAM user group and click Add Members in the Actions column.
In the Add Members panel, the RAM user group is automatically populated. Select the RAM user to add to the group.
Click OK.
Click Finish.
