Tair (Redis OSS-compatible) provides instances of multiple editions, series, and architectures. The Redis commands supported by the instances vary based on instance types. This topic describes the commands supported by Tair (Redis OSS-compatible) instances and the limits on the commands. You can refer to the topics in the following tables to view details of commands.

Redis Open-Source Edition provides instances of multiple editions and architectures. The Redis commands supported by the instances vary based on engine versions and architecture types. This topic describes the native Redis commands supported by Redis Open-Source Edition and the limits on these commands.
In addition to native Redis commands, Tair (Enterprise Edition) supports the following data structures: exString (including commands that enhance Redis string functionality), exHash, exZset, GIS, Bloom, Doc, TS, Cpc, Roaring, Search, and Vector. Note
| |
Tair (Enterprise Edition) is compatible with most native Redis commands. The use of specific commands is restricted to ensure service performance.
In addition to native Redis commands, Tair (Redis OSS-compatible) supports multiple commands developed in-house by Alibaba Cloud. You can use these commands in cluster or read/write splitting instances to manage the instances more efficiently. |
Limits on the commands supported by different instance architectures
Due to the differences in deployment architectures, cluster instances and read/write splitting instances have different levels of support for native Redis commands. For more information, see Limits on commands supported by cluster instances and read/write splitting instances.
