When a Resource Access Management (RAM) user group is no longer needed, you can delete it. Before you delete a group, review the impact on the users and permissions within that group.
Warning
When you delete a RAM user group, all users are removed from the group, and any policies attached to the group are revoked. Users who inherited permissions from the group will lose that access. This action cannot be undone.
Procedure
Log on to the RAM console as a RAM administrator.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
On the Groups page, find the RAM user group that you want to delete and click Delete Group in the Actions column.
In the Delete Group dialog box, enter the name of the group to confirm the deletion and click Delete Group.
