After you create a dashboard, you can create a business intelligence (BI) portal for the dashboard or share the dashboard. You can share a dashboard by creating a public link or a private link, or by using collaborative authorization.
Prerequisites
A dashboard is created. For more information, see Create a dashboard.
A chart is added to the dashboard, and the dashboard is published. For more information, see Publish a dashboard.
Share a dashboard
To share a dashboard, perform the following steps:
Go to the Share page.
Method 1: On the dashboard editing page, click the icon in the top menu bar and click the Share icon. Method 2: On the Dashboards page, find the dashboard that you want to share, click the icon in the Actions column, and then click Share. Method 3: Right-click the row where the dashboard that you want to share resides, and select Share.
Create a link to the dashboard.
Create a public link.
When you make a dashboard public, a public link to the dashboard is automatically generated. The link can be accessed by all users without the need to log on to an Alibaba Cloud account.
On the Share page, click Share with Public Link.
Click Share to Public. The page displays the dashboard link, the Expiry Date parameter, and Do Not Share to Public icon.
You can set the Expiry Date parameter. When you do not want to share the dashboard, you can click Do Not Share to Public.
Click the icon to copy the public link, and then send the link to other users.
Create a private link.
On the Share page, click the Share with Private Link tab.
Click the icon to copy the link, and then send the link to other users.
Modify the properties of the dashboard.
Open the Edit Properties panel.
Method 1: On the Dashboards page, find the dashboard that you want to manage, and click the icon in the Actions column.
Entry 2: You can also right-click the row where the target dashboard is located and select Properties.
In the Edit Properties panel, configure the following parameters.

You can use this parameter to rename the dashboard.
Owner
In the drop-down list, you can select the user to whom you want to transfer the dashboard.
Description
You can add a description about the dashboard.
Grant permissions on a workbook
Quick BI Enterprise Standard and Quick BI Advanced Edition provide parameters that are used to make data works public and configure collaborative authorization at the organization level. Permission administrators can enable or disable authorization for all workspaces and specify default permissions on data works. For more information, see Configure collaborative authorization.
