PolarDB:PolarDB Distributed Edition parameter settings

Procedure

1. Log on to the PolarDB-X console.

2. In the top navigation bar, select the region where the instance is deployed.

3. On the Instances page, click the PolarDB-X 2.0 tab.

4. Find the instance that you want to manage and click its ID.

5. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Configuration Management > Parameter Settings to configure the parameters.

   • On the Compute Layer tab, find the parameter that you want to configure and specify a new value in the Current Value field.

     

     Note

     Only the Enterprise Edition provides compute layer parameters.

   • On the Storage Layer tab, find the parameter that you want to configure and specify a new value in the Current Value field.

     

   Note

   • Enter a parameter value based on the Modification Scope column on the right of the parameter. Otherwise, an error is returned after you click Bulk Submit.

   • Click the icon next to the name of a parameter to view the parameter description.

6. Click Bulk Submit in the upper-left corner of the page.

   Note

   If a parameter is marked as Yes in the Whether to Restart column, you must restart the instance after you click Bulk Submit for the new parameter value to take effect.

7. In the dialog box that appears, click OK.
