Parameters
| Parameter | Description |

| procedure_name | procedure_name is the function name. The name can be schema-qualified.

| argument_list | argument_list specifies a comma-separated list of arguments that are required by the function.
Take note of the following item: Each member of argument_list corresponds to a formal parameter that is required by the function. Each formal parameter
may be an IN, OUT, or INOUT parameter.
