Problem description
The master playlist file specified in the request does not contain M3U8 files and Transport Streams (TS) files.
Causes
The master playlist file specified in the GetSignedPlaylist request does not contain M3U8 files and TS files.

For example, you initiated the following request:
GET /private/playlist.m3u8?x-oss-process=hls/sign&OSSAccessKeyId=xxxxx&Expires=1470971863&Signature=*** HTTP/1.1
Date: GMT Date
Host: BucketName.oss.aliyuncs.com
x-oss-hls-sign-token: aFt87******The error is returned if the master playlist file /private/playlist.m3u8 does not contain M3U8 files and TS files.
Solutions
Make sure that the specified master playlist file contains TS files or M3U8 files.
