Problem description
The specified LiveChannel in the request is in the Live state and cannot be deleted or updated.
Causes
The LiveChannel specified in the DeleteLiveChannel request is in the Live state and cannot be updated or deleted. The Live state indicates that a client is ingesting streams to the LiveChannel.

For example, you initiate the following request:
DELETE /test-channel?live HTTP/1.1
Date: Thu, 25 Aug 2016 07:32:26 GMT
Host: test-bucket.oss-cn-hangzhou.aliyuncs.com
Authorization: OSS qn6q**************:77Dv****************The error is returned for the preceding request if the test-channel channel is in the Live state.
Solutions
Update or delete the LiveChannel after the client stops ingesting streams to LiveChannel.
