The bucket inventory feature is not available.
Causes
A PutBucketInventory, GetBucketInventory, or DeleteBucketInventory request is initiated for a bucket. However, the bucket inventory feature is not available in the region where the bucket is located, or you do not join the invitational preview of this feature.
