You can upgrade an Object Storage Service (OSS) resource plan based on your business requirements.
Background information
You can only upgrade but cannot downgrade the following resource plans: Standard locally redundant storage (LRS) storage plans and Infrequent Access (IA) (LRS) storage plans.
To upgrade outbound traffic plans, transfer acceleration plans, and DDoS protection basic plans, you can purchase multiple plans of the same type.
Usage notes
To allow a RAM user to upgrade resource plans, you must attach the AliyunBSSOrderAccess policy to the RAM user. This way, the RAM user can view, purchase, and cancel orders in the Billing Management console. Procedure
Users who have activated OSS can upgrade resource plans by performing the following steps:
Log on to the OSS console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
On the Resource Plans page, click Upgrade on the right side of the resource plan that you want to upgrade.
On the Upgrade/Downgrade page, select the capacity of the resource plan that you want to upgrade and click Buy Now. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.
