Operation Center is a module provided in the CloudOps Orchestration Service (OOS) console for O&M engineers and professionals to manage O&M items of resources in a centralized manner. An O&M item refers to an operational issue that requires troubleshooting and fixing. In Operation Center, you can view the details of each O&M item, including its status and related resources. Automatically create O&M items

The default rules provided by Alibaba Cloud based on event O&M scenarios are designed to help you quickly configure and enable O&M management features to improve O&M efficiency. We recommend that you use default rules so that O&M items can be automatically created when corresponding events occur.

If the default rules provided cannot meet your requirements and you need to subscribe to more types of events and meet the compliance and security requirements of resources, you can use custom event buses to automatically create O&M items. This helps you quickly and centrally configure and enable the O&M management feature to meet the requirements in scenarios of team collaboration.
