How do I deactivate NIS?
Important
After you deactivate NIS, the resources that you created in NIS are deleted and cannot be retrieved. The resources include paths, path analysis reports, instance diagnostics reports, records of enabling Internet monitoring features, and data about Internet monitoring. You no longer receive alerts sent by NIS. Exercise caution when you perform this operation.
Log on to the NIS console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose
.On the Deactivate page, select one or more reasons for deactivating NIS and click Deactivate NIS.
