Why do I fail to find my purchased instance?

The specified instance list is incorrect. | You can view the instance only after switching to the list to which the instance belongs. To switch to the desired instance list, perform the following steps:

The instance list is not updated or is updated before the instance is created. | You can wait for a period of time (usually a few minutes) and then refresh the ApsaraDB for MongoDB console to check whether the instance appears in the Replica Set Instances or Sharded Cluster Instances list. |
The system may fail to create the instance due to insufficient resources. | The system may fail to create the instance due to insufficient resources. In this case, your payment is refunded. After confirming the refund, you can try to purchase the instance again in a different region or zone. |
