Why do I fail to find my purchased instance?

Solution

The specified region is not the region where the instance resides.

You can view the instance in the instance list only after switching to the region where the instance resides. To switch the destination region, perform the following steps:

  1. Log on to the ApsaraDB for MongoDB console.

  2. In the upper-left corner of the page that appears, select the region where the instance resides.

The specified instance list is incorrect.

You can view the instance only after switching to the list to which the instance belongs. To switch to the desired instance list, perform the following steps:

  1. Log on to the ApsaraDB for MongoDB console.

  2. In the upper-left corner of the page that appears, select the region where the instance resides.

  3. In the left-side navigation pane, click Replica Set Instances or Sharded Cluster Instances based on the instance architecture.

    Note

    Both standalone and replica set instances are displayed in the Replica Set Instances list.

The instance list is not updated or is updated before the instance is created.

You can wait for a period of time (usually a few minutes) and then refresh the ApsaraDB for MongoDB console to check whether the instance appears in the Replica Set Instances or Sharded Cluster Instances list.

The system may fail to create the instance due to insufficient resources.

The system may fail to create the instance due to insufficient resources. In this case, your payment is refunded.

After confirming the refund, you can try to purchase the instance again in a different region or zone.

Can I change my subscription instance to a pay-as-you-go instance?
