Description
When you delete a collection from an instance, the {false} message may be displayed. The possible cause is that the instance is locked. We recommend that you check the instance state.
Common lock scenarios and solutions:
Expiration-triggered lock: The instance is locked due to expiration. You can renew the instance to unlock it. For more information about how to renew the instance, see Subscription renewal.
Full storage-triggered lock: The instance is locked due to fully occupied disk space. Upgrade the instance specifications to unlock the instance. For more information about how to upgrade the instance specifications, see Overview.
