Items supported

  • Use of the Realtime Compute for Apache Flink console, related consulting services, stability issues and product defects handling. The Realtime Compute for Apache Flink console allows you to perform the following operations:

    • Purchase workspaces.

    • Create workspaces.

    • Scale workspaces.

    • Create and manage namespaces.

  • Consulting services that are related to the features of Realtime Compute for Apache Flink and product defects and cluster stability issues handling.

  • Assistance in the handling of issues, product defects, and requirements in other Alibaba Cloud services that are associated with Realtime Compute for Apache Flink. These services include Object Storage Service (OSS) and Application Real-Time Monitoring Service (ARMS). The service teams of the related services are responsible for the handling of the issues, product defects, and requirements.

Items not supported

  • Code writing for Realtime Compute for Apache Flink-based business, such as code writing to create an SQL deployment, a DataStream deployment, a Python deployment, a custom user-defined function (UDF), a custom format, and a custom connector, data correctness troubleshooting, performance issues handling, and business migration.

  • Handling of issues that are related to features that are not supported by Realtime Compute for Apache Flink, such as connectors that are not provided by Realtime Compute for Apache Flink.

  • Handling of issues that are related to third-party components that are associated with upstream and downstream storage, such as message queues, databases, and data lakes.

  • Handling of issues that are related to cluster instability or unavailability due to unexpected operations. For more information about unexpected operations, see Limits.

Submit a ticket

Important

If you use a RAM user, you must use an Alibaba Cloud account to attach the AliyunSupportFullAccess policy to the RAM user to submit a ticket. For more information, see Use RAM to manage the permissions of O&M engineers.

  1. Go to the New Ticket page of the ticket system.

  2. Click View all products in the Product Catalog drop-down list and choose Big Data Computing > Realtime Compute for Apache Flink.

  3. On the New Ticket page, enter the required information.

  4. Click Submit.
