To ensure that Advanced Database & Application Migration (ADAM) can connect to the destination database, you must add the IP addresses of ADAM servers to a whitelist of the destination database.

For information about how to configure a whitelist for a database, see the references that are provided in the following table. For information about the IP addresses of ADAM servers in different regions, see IP addresses of ADAM servers.

Type Reference
PolarDB for Oracle Configure a whitelist for a cluster
PolarDB for PostgreSQL Set IP address whitelists for a cluster
PolarDB-X V1.0 Set an IP address whitelist
ApsaraDB RDS for MySQL Configure an IP address whitelist for an ApsaraDB RDS for MySQL instance
ApsaraDB RDS for PostgreSQL Configure an IP address whitelist for an ApsaraDB RDS for PostgreSQL instance
AnalyticDB for PostgreSQL Configure an IP address whitelist

IP addresses of ADAM servers

  • If the ADAM server that is used to migrate a database and the destination database are in the same region, you can add the private CIDR block of ADAM servers in the region to a whitelist of the destination database.
    Region CIDR block
    China (Zhangjiakou) 100.104.127.0/26
    China (Hangzhou) 100.104.20.0/26
    China (Shanghai) 100.104.107.64/26
    China (Beijing) 100.104.141.128/26
    China (Shenzhen) 100.104.136.192/26
    China (Hong Kong) 100.104.87.192/26

    Japan (Tokyo) 100.104.111.128/26
    US (Silicon Valley) 100.104.36.0/26
  • If the ADAM server that is used to migrate a database and the destination database are in different regions, you must add the public IP addresses of ADAM servers to a whitelist of the destination database.
