Data in CSV and XLSX files downloaded from DataStudio, DataAnalysis, or Security Center is synchronized and saved to the Download Data page. The data download feature allows you to re-download files that have been previously downloaded to your on-premises machine. You can also trace the operation details of historical downloads.
Prerequisites
You have downloaded data in the following modules:

Limits
You can download data only in the following modules:
, , , and .Only files in the downloadable state can be downloaded.
Go to the Download Data page
Go to the DataStudio page.
Log on to the DataWorks console. In the top navigation bar, select the desired region. In the left-side navigation pane, choose . On the page that appears, select the desired workspace from the drop-down list and click Go to Data Development.
In the upper-left corner of the DataStudio page, click the icon and choose
.In the left-side navigation pane of the Upload and Download page, click the icon. The Download Data page appears.
Download data
On the Download Data page, you can specify filter conditions, such as file name, module to which the file belongs, file generation date, and file status to search for the data that you want to download. Then, you can view and download the data.
You can download data only in the following modules:
, , , and .Only files in the downloadable state can be downloaded.
File status description:
Downloadable: The file can be downloaded.
Download Rejected: An extension that is used to handle the pre-event for data download is configured by an Alibaba Cloud account or a RAM user that has high permissions to block the download operation.
Expired: Files are retained for seven days on the Download Data page after they are downloaded from a module. The files expire after seven days and can no longer be downloaded.
Risk detection in: Risk detection is enabled for the file that you want to download. If the detection is not complete or fails, the file cannot be downloaded. By default, risk detection is disabled. If an extension that is used to handle the pre-event for data download is configured by an Alibaba Cloud account or a RAM user that has high permissions, DataWorks will detect risks. You can handle risks based on the check results.
