When your DataWorks subscription nears expiration, you can renew it to extend the service. If you do not renew the subscription in time, your service may be suspended or its resources may be released. This topic describes the expiration policies for subscription-based products and the renewal process.
Limitations
These expiration policies and renewal procedures only apply to subscription products, not to pay-as-you-go products.
Only users with both the AliyunDataWorksFullAccess and AliyunBSSOrderAccess permission policies can renew subscriptions.

Renew a subscription
If a resource group subscription is not renewed in time, its service is suspended immediately. After you complete the renewal, the system takes approximately 30 minutes to validate and restore the resource group's status. To prevent service disruption, we recommend renewing your resource group at least 30 minutes before it expires. To renew a subscription, perform the following steps:
Go to the Resource Groups page.
Log on to the DataWorks console. In the top navigation bar, select the desired region. In the left-side navigation pane, click Resource Group to go to the Resource Groups page.
Find the resource group that you want to renew. Click
in the Actions column, and then select Renew. On the Renew page, choose a Billing Cycle and select the Terms of Service checkbox.
Click Buy Now. After the payment is complete, you can continue to use the resource group.
NoteYou can also manage automatic renewals for your subscriptions in the Expenses and Costs console.
