    Data Management:Manage DMS tenants

    This topic describes how to view information about the current tenant and switch to another tenant in Data Management (DMS).

    Background information

    A tenant is a logical concept in DMS. After you use an Alibaba Cloud account to activate DMS, a DMS tenant is created for the Alibaba Cloud account. You can add other accounts, such as another Alibaba Cloud account or a RAM user, as users to your DMS tenant. DMS tenants are isolated from each other.

    An Alibaba Cloud account can be added to multiple DMS tenants. For information about how to switch from a DMS tenant to another, see the Switch to another tenant section of this topic.

    View information about the current tenant

    1. Log on to the DMS console V5.0.

    2. On the Home page, move the pointer over the profile picture 租户头像.

      Note

      If you use the DMS console in simple mode, move the pointer over the profile picture in the upper-right corner of the DMS console and click User Information.

    Switch to another tenant

    1. Log on to the DMS console V5.0.

    2. On the Home page, move the pointer over the profile picture 租户头像 in the upper-right corner and click Switch tenant.

      Note

      If you use the DMS console in simple mode, move the pointer over the profile picture in the upper-right corner of the DMS console and choose User Information > Switch tenant.

    3. In the dialog box that appears, select a tenant and click OK.
