Refund for the pay-as-you-go billing method of Content Moderation
After you call an API operation of Content Moderation, the billing system automatically charges you based on your usage. No fees are incurred if Content Moderation is activated but not used. Therefore, refunds are not supported for the pay-as-you-go billing method.
