It is normal that an alert rule is in the alerting state when the alert conditions are met. However, if an alert rule is in constant alerting state for a long period of time, the alert rule requires attention and governance. In this case, you need to troubleshoot the problem at the earliest opportunity to restore the metrics, or adjust the alert rule. This prevents normal monitoring and O&M from being affected by a large number of alert messages or high alerting frequency.
We recommend that you use the following governance methods for constant alerting:
Check whether the thresholds in the alert rule are proper and change the values if required.
For more information, see Modify an alert rule.
Optimize the resources of the cloud service to ensure that the related metrics are normal.
