Last Updated:Oct 31, 2024

A resource plan is a type of subscription billing method that offers certain discounts. You can purchase resource plans based on your business requirements. After you activate Network Analysis and Monitoring and purchase resource plans of detection requests, the quotas in the resource plans are used to offset fees first. After the quotas in the resource plans are used up, you are charged based on the pay-as-you-go billing method.

Important

Before you can purchase resource plans, you must activate Network Analysis and Monitoring.

Resource plan of detection requests

Network Analysis and Monitoring Resource Plan

Site monitoring (scheduled detections)

  • PCs

For example, you activated Network Analysis and Monitoring. Then, you purchased a resource plan that provides two million detection requests and created a site monitoring task on June 1, 2024. The task sends requests to the detection points that are located in 20 regions of China Mobile, 10 regions of Amazon Web Services (AWS), and 5 LastMile detection points in China at a frequency of 5 minutes. The following items show the remaining detection requests on July 1, 2024:

    1. Detection requests for China Mobile = 60 minutes / 5 minutes × 24 hours × 30 days × 20 detection points = 172,800

    2. Detection requests for AWS = 60 minutes / 5 minutes × 24 hours × 30 days × 10 detection points = 86,400

    3. Detection requests for LastMile = 60 minutes / 5 minutes × 24 hours × 30 days × 5 detection points = 43,200

    4. Number of remaining detection requests = 2,000,000 - 172,800 - 86,400 × 5 - 43,200 x 20 = 531,200

  • Mobile devices

For example, you activated Network Analysis and Monitoring. Then, you purchased a resource plan that provides one million detection requests and created a site monitoring task on August 1, 2023. The task sends requests to the mobile detection points that are located in two regions of China Mobile at a frequency of 5 minutes. The following items show the remaining detection requests on September 1:

    1. Detection requests for China Mobile = 60 minutes / 5 minutes × 24 hours × 31 days × 2 detection points = 17,856

    2. Number of remaining detection requests = 1,000,000 - 17,856 × 36 = 357,184

Browser detection

For example, you activated Network Analysis and Monitoring. Then, you purchased a resource plan that provides one million detection requests and created a browser detection task on July 1, 2023. The task sends requests to the detection points that are located in the China (Shanghai) region of Alibaba Cloud and the UK (London) region of Alibaba Cloud at a frequency of 5 minutes. The following items show the remaining detection requests on August 1:

  1. Detection requests for the China (Shanghai) region of Alibaba Cloud = 60 minutes / 5 minutes × 24 hours × 31 days × 1 detection point = 8,928

  2. Detection requests for the UK (London) region of Alibaba Cloud = 60 minutes / 5 minutes × 24 hours × 31 days × 1 detection point = 8,928

  3. Number of remaining detection requests = 1,000,000 - 8,928 × 10 - 8,928 × 50 = 464,320
