The AliyunECSAccessingHBRRolePolicy policy is not attached to the Resource Access Management (RAM) role that your Elastic Compute Service (ECS) instance assumes, which causes the failure to install the client. This topic describes how to troubleshoot and resolve this issue.
In the Cloud Backup console, visit the Cloud Resource Access Authorization link and agree to the authorization. After the authorization is complete, reinstall the client.
