Overview

After using the Alibaba Cloud CDN, there is an access exception. This article mainly introduces how to troubleshoot whether the CDN access exception is a CDN node problem or a source station problem.

Background information

  1. Visit Alibaba Kunlun User Diagnostic Tool to check that the local network is normal.
  2. Add the resolution of the source station to the local hosts file for site access testing. If an exception occurs when accessing the source station, it means that there is a problem with your source station. Please contact the site administrator for repair.
  3. Note: For the local hosts resolution added in the previous step, the accelerated domain name added is tested by ping command. If you can ping, the Alibaba Cloud Content Delivery Network node is normal.
