Application Real-Time Monitoring Service:What can I do if I am unable to view metrics on the dashboard of an exporter?

  1. Check whether the data of the exporter can be exported as expected. For more information, see How can I view the collected data?.

    If the data of the exporter cannot be exported, perform the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  2. Log on to the ARMS console.
  3. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Prometheus Service > Prometheus Instances.

  4. In the top navigation bar of the Managed Service for Prometheus page, select a region. Then, click the name of the Prometheus instance.

  5. In the left-side navigation pane, click Integration Center.

  6. In the Installed section of the Integration Center page, click the component that you want to manage. In the panel that appears, click the Exporter tab. Find the exporter and click Logs in the Actions column.

    Check whether error logs exist.
