If your instance is billed based on the subscription billing method and auto-renewal is not enabled for the instance, you must renew the instance before it expires to prevent resources from being unavailable due to overdue payments.
Prerequisites
The instance that you want to renew is in the Expired or Running state.
The billing method of the instance is subscription.
Procedure
If you select Auto-renewal when you purchase an instance, you do not need to manually renew the instance. Auto-renewal prevents an instance from being stopped or released due to expiration. After you enable auto-renewal for an instance, fees are automatically deducted from your account based on the actual prices before the instance expires. The auto-renewal cycle is one month. We recommend that you select Auto-renewal when you purchase an instance.
