How do I apply for a trial of the short video SDK?

You can apply for a license of the short video SDK. To do this, log on to the ApsaraVideo VOD console. In the left-side navigation pane, choose SDK Management > My Licenses. For more information, see Obtain and use a license of the short video SDK.

How do I purchase the short video SDK Professional Edition?

What do I do if the "License Failed" message is prompted?

1. Check whether your purchased license or your trial license expires and whether you obtained a license for the short video SDK. For more information about how to check whether a license expires, see Obtain and use a license of the short video SDK.

2. Check whether the information that you submit to apply for a trial is valid.

   • If you use iOS, make sure that you submit the correct bundle ID of your application.

What do I do if the license is invalid?

Check whether the version of the license for which you applied is the same as the license that you use. If you apply for a standard license but use an unauthorized license or use features of a license other than the standard license, an error message indicating that the license is invalid appears. You must use the license for which you applied.

What are the differences between face stickers, face AR, and animated stickers?

Face stickers are a feature in video recording. This feature allows you to add stickers to recognized faces. Only the short video SDK Professional Edition supports this feature. Face augmented reality (AR) is a feature of ApsaraVideo Queen SDK and requires additional authorization. Animated stickers are a feature in video editing. Only the short video SDK Professional Edition supports this feature.
