When an employee's email account needs to be temporarily disabled due to organizational personnel changes, the postmaster can freeze the employee's email account. After freezing, the email account can be used normally.
Procedure:
1. Use postmaster account to login Alibaba Mail and enter the domain management page by default, click DEPTs & Users-- Employee Accounts.
2. Find and select the target account, select Freeze or Enable from the Action drop-down list in the upper-right corner.
