The Alibaba Mail supports the welcome letter function on the domain management platform. When users access the Alibaba Mail, they will be informed of relevant regulations on the use of email and client configuration methods, which can improve the work efficiency of administrators.
Welcome Letter supports custom settings. You can fill in the following parameters in the mail title and body. The system will match and send welcome letters according to the information of each new user.
Procedure
1. Use postmaster account login Alibaba Mail and enter domain management page-> Customization-> Personalization.
2. On the Welcome Letter page, set the following parameters as a reference and click Save.
