In addition to a postmaster account supervisor, the company can set up multiple hierarchical administrators, as long as the ordinary employee account is authorized as a hierarchical administrator. You can set the scope of departments it can manage and the domain management permissions it can have. Except that it does not include creating a second-level administrator, a hierarchical administrator can basically have the same permissions as an administrator account.
Procedure:
1. Logon to the Alibaba Mail by the postmaster account and enter the Domain Management page by default. Click Customization- Custom Administrators.
2. Add the custom account and set the permissions which it can manage.
