Alibaba Mail:Bounce Notification: 554 reject by content spam

Problem Description

1. Alibaba Mail users failed to send/receive emails, and the bounce message contains the following information:

554 reject by content spam

2. Failure to send emails by third-party email client with error message 554 reject by content spam.

Cause

In this case, a large number of emails with the same content are sent and have been determined to be spam, and the system refuses to deliver them.

Notice

Alibaba Mail does not support delivering a large number of marketing emails. Please standardize the use of Alibaba Mail and use Alibaba Mail to send emails for normal business communication, so as to avoid such rejected delivery failures.

Solution

If the email sent is promotional, please ensure that the recipients are willing to receive it. Please reduce the number of recipients, use a single account to send the email, and pay attention to reduce the frequency and total amount of mail, so as not to affect the use.
