The Alibaba Cloud Management Console is a web application that provides a graphical user interface (GUI) for you to manage Alibaba Cloud services. You can also manage Alibaba Cloud services by using API operations, SDKs, and Alibaba Cloud CLI.
Use Alibaba Cloud services
The Alibaba Cloud Management Console provides a unified entry point for all Alibaba Cloud services. In most cases, you must activate a cloud service before you can access the console of the cloud service and manage the cloud service. For example, you must first activate Elastic Compute Service (ECS) or Object Storage Service (OSS) before you can access an ECS instance or an OSS bucket.
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Management Console.
Move the pointer over the
icon in the upper-left corner. The Products and Services page appears. Click the name of a cloud service. Then, you are redirected to the console of the cloud service.
Save your frequently accessed consoles
To facilitate subsequent access, you can click the star icon to the right of a cloud service or click Add Shortcut to save the console of the cloud service as a frequently accessed console.
Specify notification methods and recipients
You can select types of system notifications and specify notification methods and recipients in the Alibaba Cloud Management Console based on your business requirements.
In the left-side navigation pane of the Message Center console, choose .
Select the types of system notifications and notification methods based on your business requirements.
By default, all notification methods for Notifications of Account Expenses are selected and cannot be cleared.
The default notification recipient is the contact of your Alibaba Cloud account. You can click Modify below Account Contact to add or delete a notification recipient.

Click the 
icon in the upper-right corner of the Alibaba Cloud Management Console or access Alibaba Cloud Documentation Center.
Access Intelligent Advisory
Click the
icon in the lower-right corner of the Alibaba Cloud Management Console to access Intelligent Advisory.

In the top navigation bar of the Alibaba Cloud Management Console, choose .
