If you find a domain name or website that infringes on your rights or contains illegal and inappropriate information, this topic explains how to report it to the Alibaba Cloud Report Center to protect your legal rights.
Ensure that you upload valid and legal files when you submit a report to Alibaba Cloud. If the files are detected as illegal, Alibaba Cloud will not open any suspicious files or emails and will reject your report.
Intellectual property infringement reports
If a domain name or website is involved in infringement, go to the Alibaba Cloud Report Center, select Infringement Reporting, and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the form and provide valid proof of infringement. This proof must include the specific laws and regulations that the reported party has allegedly violated and materials that prove the infringing behavior. If the evidence that you provide does not meet the requirements, Alibaba Cloud will not process your report or send you further notifications.
After your report is submitted and accepted, Alibaba Cloud forwards the report to the reported party within five working days. If the reported party provides feedback, Alibaba Cloud promptly syncs the feedback to you. To view the detailed progress, log on to the Alibaba Cloud Report Center.
If the reported product or service is suspended during the investigation, Alibaba Cloud stops processing the report.
Illegal and inappropriate information reports
If a domain name or website contains illegal or inappropriate information, you can use one of the following methods:
Method 1: Send the abuse report directly to the following mailbox: domainabuse@service.aliyun.com.
Method 2: Submit a report through the Alibaba Cloud Report Center.
Go to the Alibaba Cloud Report Center, select Illegal Information Reporting, and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the form and provide valid proof of domain name abuse. If the evidence that you provide does not meet the requirements, Alibaba Cloud will not process your report or send you further notifications.
