The price of a data transfer plan varies based on the subscription duration and specification.
A data transfer plan automatically offsets data transfer fees that are generated by certain instances until the data transfer plan is used up or expires. Applicable instances include Elastic Compute Service (ECS) instances, elastic IP addresses (EIPs), Classic Load Balancer (CLB) instances, and Internet Shared Bandwidth instances that are billed on a pay-by-data-transfer basis. Data transfer plans do not apply to data transfer fees that are generated by EIPs of BGP (Multi-ISP) Pro. For more information about services and data transfer types that are supported by data transfer plans, see What is a data transfer plan.
The subscription of a data transfer plan cannot be canceled.
Specifications of data transfer plans
