I cannot go into the User Account setting under the Control Panel, how can I create or modify user account?

It was nothing happen when I click User Account, but after restart, it resume normal now.

You can search windows event log and check what happened

I would like to join your conversation and ask for advice. I have already purchased Windows Server 2022 but I need a license, I hav'nt purchased it before and I do not want to be deceived. On one of the forums they advised me - windows server 2022 standard. Someone bought here, you can say something about them. I looked for information on the Internet about this site and found only positive reviews, but I am also interested in your opinion, thanks in advance for your answer.
