May 21 After-Sale Support Plan Upgrade

Upgrade from Beijing time May 21, 2019.
Upgrade details: In order to optimize the experience of users, Alibaba Cloud upgraded our after-sales support plan, details below:
1. For Basic and Developer plan, the service availability changed to 24*7, instead of local business hour 8am-5pm.
2. The response time for general questions changed to 18 hour, instead of 36 hour, for all support plans.
3. For Basic plan, every user can submit 6 technical support Tickets/Quarter, instead of 3 Tickets/Quarter.
4. All Alibaba Cloud registrants can enjoy this upgrade regardless the registration time.
5. The rest support plan will not be affected.
