To enhance purchasing experience, we are pleased to announce that the cloud-native database, PolarDB, now allows for the purchase of multiple storage plans within the same region, eliminating the former restriction that permitted only a single storage plan per region. As a result, starting from December 1, 2024, Singapore Time, PolarDB will no longer offer storage plans larger than 5,000 GB. This modification allows you to take advantage of a more adaptable storage purchasing approach. For example, if you require more than 5,000 GB of total capacity, you can simply purchase multiple smaller storage packages to meet your needs.

Impact Details:

• If you have already purchased large storage plans before this change, you will not be impacted.
• For those who have not purchased large storage plans prior to this date, options above 5,000 GB will no longer be available.
